The Department of Workforce Planning and Skills Development (DWPSD), MoESD is pleased to announce the availability of scholarships (contingent on funding) for Master’s Degree programs (1–2 years duration) under the Fulbright Program for the 2027 – 2028 academic year. The scholarships are open to all fields of study and are awarded by the Government of the United States through the Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA).
