The Department of Workforce Planning and Skills Development (DWPSD) under the Ministry of
Education and Skills Development (MoESD), in collaboration with the Royal Civil Service Commission and the Embassy of India, is pleased to announce the Nehru-Wangchuck Scholarship for applicants from the Non-Civil Service Sector. The scholarship details are outlined below:
Required Documents
1.Duly-filled the In-service HRD form and documents mentioned in the In-service HRD form. Inservice HRD Form can be downloaded from https://education.gov.bt/pages/forms/
2. Mark sheet and certificates (Class XII and Bachelor degree)
3. Any other merit certificates
Interested and eligible candidates from the Non-Civil Service Sector may submit their application in
person to the SPLD, DWPSD, or through email at gakiwangmo@moesd.gov.bt by 31 May 2025
