In a heartwarming ceremony held today, the Ministry celebrated the meritorious promotion of Mr. Damcho Wangchuk, Deputy Chief Programme Officer at the Department of School Education.
This well-deserved promotion reflects Mr. Damcho’s unwavering dedication, exemplary service, and steadfast commitment to the Tsa-Wa-Sum. His achievement stands as an inspiration to all civil servants, demonstrating that excellence, integrity, and consistent performance are duly recognised and rewarded.
Additionally, the Ministry welcomed three new Pelsuups who successfully completed the third cohort of the Pelsung program, held from 6 March to 6 June. With their addition, the Ministry now has a total of ten Pelsuups, marking a significant milestone in its efforts to cultivate a new generation of skilled and innovative leaders.
Pelsung, a flagship youth initiative of GMC, aims to nurture highly skilled, innovative, and entrepreneurial individuals who can contribute meaningfully to the country’s evolving economic landscape.
