The Ministry of Education and Skills Development received copies of “The Tale of Two Ravens,” a publication that highlights the rich culture and scenic beauty of Bhutan.
The author, Eugene Wenlock Bay, handed over the books to the Hon’ble Lyonpo on May 1.
