This is to notify all the eligible civil servants under the Ministry of Education and Skills Development serving at the Headquarter and in the Dzongkhags and Thromdes to submit the promotion proposals for promotion falling due on 1st July 2025 routing through the respective Dzongkhag/Thromde HRC on or before 30th April 2025 as detailed below.
