Develop and implement short- and long-term HR plans in collaboration with stakeholders to meet the Ministry of Education and Skills Development's needs.
Advise the formulation of policies and guidelines to ensure optimum utilization of human resources.
Administer and diligently carry out the daily HR functions which encompass the following:
1.Recruitment, Selection and Appointment
2.Performance Management System
3.PromotionTransfer
4.Training and Capacity Development
5.Maintain Staff Record and Information System
6.Civil Service Award
7.Separation
9.Remuneration and benefits
Function as a Secretariat to the Human Resource Committee which is the highest decision-making body for all HR-related matters in the Ministry.
