The Technical Trainers Training and Resource Centre (TTTRC), Department of Workforce Planning and Skills Development, Bhutan (DWPSD) will be conducting โToT- Technical Instruction & Andragogy for the fiscal year 2026-2027โ for the regular trainers registered with the Bhutan Qualifications and Professionals Certification Authority (BQPCA).
The training package covers the following:
- 4 modules, each module is for two weeks (96 hours)
- One month of teaching practice in between each module at the respective institute
This training is conducted as part of the partial fulfillment for the trainer to obtain a trainer registration certificate and accreditation of courses from the TVET Quality Council, BQPCA.
Applications are invited from interested regular instructor/trainer registered and working with the respective institute for a minimum of six (06) months via Google form: https://forms.gle/BpfaqJZZ4x7pk7Bs7
Documents required for registration: - Valid security clearance
- Appointment letter
- Organisation/institute nomination letter
- Application deadline: 23 August 2026, 5 pm
Eligible candidates will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis. The first batch of training is already commenced. The second batch is planned from 31 August.
