𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐨-𝐁𝐡𝐮𝐭𝐚𝐧 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐳 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

Students from six schools in Thimphu participated in the Indo-Bhutan Friendship Quiz 2026, held at Royal Thimphu College today.

Motithang Higher Secondary School (HSS) emerged as the winner of the quiz, showcasing exceptional knowledge and teamwork. Yangchenphug HSS secured second place, while Dechenchholing HSS stood third.

The Hon’ble Lyonpo for Education and Skills Development graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and highlighted the importance of such initiatives in promoting learning and building students’ confidence.

His Excellency Sandeep Arya, Ambassador of India to Bhutan, was also present along with other invited guests.

The program concluded with the distribution of prizes and certificates to the winners. It was organised by Project Dantak of the Border Roads Organisation as part of its 66th Raising Day celebrations
