𝐇𝐨𝐧’𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐋𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐩𝐨 𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐒𝐨𝐞𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐩𝐬𝐚 𝐏𝐒 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

The Hon’ble Lyonpo met with 13 students from the Soeltapsa Primary School (PS) yesterday. They were in Thimphu to attend the ongoing winter session of the 4th Parliament on December 9, accompanied by seven school staff members including their principal.

The visit provided the team with an opportunity to observe live sessions of both the National Assembly and the National Council. They also had the honour of meeting with His Excellency the Prime Minister, the Speaker, the Leader of the Opposition and the Ministers.

Soeltapsa Primary School with a total number of 113 students and 8 teachers is one of the remotest schools in Tendruk gewog under Samtse Dzongkhag.
