The Ministry of Education and Skills Development is pleased to announce the availability of three (03) scholarships for Masters in Clinical Psychology for school counsellors (university to be confirmed later) through Government of India (RGoB Scholarship) for FY 2025-2026 intake.
The information/documents shall be generated from the ZESt and DMS/PF for verification. Therefore, interested candidates need to verify the information by logging into the Self Service Portal, ZESt (click here) within the scholarship application deadline.
Interested applicants must submit the above documents to HRD, MoESD after routing through the respective Dzongkhag/Thromde HRC latest by 11th October 2025 in HARD COPY.

The shortlisting will be carried out as per form 7/8 of the HR Manual 2023.
