The Ministry of Education and Skills Development (MoESD) is pleased to announce the availability of the following training program at Technical Training Institute- Chumey, Bumthang funded under MoESD as detailed below:

Interested registered job seekers/youths, and laid-offs fulfilling the criteria can apply. The last date for application is 7th July 2025 and the reporting date to the institute is on 3rd August 2025.
The shortlisted participants shall be contacted on 14-16th July 2025 for confirmation. So, all are requested to keep your given phone number active on the mentioned dates.
The selection for BQFC2 courses shall be based on a Merit Ranking of class X marks (Eng+Dzo+The best three subjects) basis provided the candidates fulfill the criteria. Thus, the applicants must to upload the class X marksheet while applying online, else the application will be considered as void.
For BQFC3 Courses and Short course (IC), the selection will be based on first-come-first served basis, provided the applicant fulfills the set admission criteria.
Nu. 3500/- per month stipend for accommodation and food will be provided for the entire duration of the course.
