During his visit to Gelephu Middle Secondary School (MSS), the Hon’ble Secretary, Ministry of Education and Skills Development, congratulated Sarita Maya Mongar, who teaches Mathematics at the school, for her outstanding performance at the 2nd Asian Yogasana Sports Championship held in New Delhi, India.
In Bhutan’s first-ever participation at the event, Sarita made the nation proud by winning five medals. Her dedication, hard work, and commitment to promoting health and well-being through yoga are truly commendable.
The Ministry wishes her continued success as she prepares for the World Yogasana Championship in 2026. Her achievement serves as an inspiration to students, educators, and youth across the country.
