Ms. Rushnan Murtaza, the newly appointed UNICEF Representative to Bhutan called on the Hon’ble Lyonpo of the Ministry of Education and Skills Development yesterday. The meeting marked her first official engagement with the Ministry since assuming office in April 2025.
