The Department of Workforce Planning and Skills Development (DWPSD) under the Ministry of Education and Skills Development (MoESD) is pleased to announce the availability of a Climate Change and Water Short Course supported by the Australian Government and delivered online by Griffith University for the non-civil service sector.

Eligibility Criteria:

Non-Civil Servant candidates must fulfill the following criteria as per the HRD Rules and Regulations for the non-civil Service Sector:

  1. Minimum of six months of work experience with the nominating agency at the time of application;
  2. Relevant qualification requirements; and
  3. Relevant current work profile to the applied studies

The applicants must submit the duly filled In-service HRD form with the required documents mentioned therein to the Skills Development and Liaison Division (SPLD) under DWPSD, or email to tgyelthshen@moesd.gov.bt to check the eligibility and relevance.
