ToT on Damtsi Programme for NEET youth conducted in Thimphu

In collaboration with the Anti-Corruption Commission of Bhutan (ACC), the Programme and Youth Coordination Division (PYCD) under the Department of Education Programmes organized a two-day Training of Trainers (ToT) workshop for Youth Centre officials on the Damtsi Programme specifically designed for NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) youth.

The Damtsi Programme is an integrity education initiative launched by ACC and PYCD to instill core values of integrity, accountability and transparency among NEET youth with the aim of guiding them to become socially responsible and productive adults. Since this program will be rolled out through Youth Centres, the workshop was designed to familiarize the Youth Centre staff with the training package which was jointly developed by PYCD and ACC.

The training which concluded on August 20 was attended by officials from 13 Youth Centres and was supported by ACC.
