Teachers attend Comprehensive Sexuality Education training
A blended approach of both online and in-person training on Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) concluded on May 25 with practical sessions including students of Zhemgang Higher Secondary School.
The training led by the Health and Well-being Division of the Department of Education Programmes in partnership with UNFPA in Bhutan saw participation from 37 teachers representing all schools in Zhemgang and parts of Trongsa.
The training was aimed at equipping teachers with CSE principles and key concepts aligned with the national school curriculum, ensuring that CSE is delivered as per the international standards.
