Ministry celebrates the Royal Civil Service Award 2023

Coinciding with the auspicious day, the Ministry of Education and Skills Development celebrated the Royal Civil Service Award 2023 on December 15.

The dedicated service awards have four categories where gold medals are awarded for services of 30 years and above, silver for services of 20 years and above, bronze medals for services of 10 years and above, and a Lifetime Service Award. Introduced in 2013, the award serves as a token of appreciation and gratitude for the civil servants’ unwavering commitment to serving the Tsa-Wa-Sum.

This year, a total of 18 staff members under the Ministry were honored with medals including 4 receiving the Gold Medal, 9 with the Silver Medal and 5 with the Bronze Medal.

The event, graced by the Hon’ble Acting Secretary, took place at the conference hall of the Department of Education Programmes and was attended by heads of various departments and agencies. The Ministry extends warm congratulations and heartfelt wishes to all the award recipients, recognizing and commending their exceptional commitment and hard work in serving the Tsa-Wa-Sum.
