Ministry receives 1000 pairs of spectacles
Ms. Nuanit Boonnom from Thailand, a cherished friend of Bhutan made a generous donation of 1000 pairs of spectacles to the Ministry of Education and Skills Development this afternoon. These spectacles will be distributed to children in remote schools.
In a humble ceremony, Tashi Namgyal, the Director of the Department of Education Programmes gratefully accepted this thoughtful gift on behalf of the Ministry.
