The Ministry of Education and Skills Development (MoESD) is pleased to announce the availability of the following program (Regular) at the Technical Training Institute, Thimphu, funded under MoESD, as detailed below:

Only interested registered job seekers, youths, and laid-offs can apply using the link given above. The last date of application is October 24, 2023.
In addition, after completing the course, all individuals are required to attend the Basic Entrepreneurship Course, which will be conducted for 2 weeks.
The selected participants shall be notified within 3 working days from the last date of application via phone or email, along with the required documents and items to bring. The selection shall be based on a first-come, first-served basis and upon fulfilling the criteria specified above.
A stipend of Nu. 3500 per month will be provided for the entire duration of the course.
