Congratulations to Sangay Chezom Sherpa of Damphu Middle Secondary School (MSS) for winning the Grand Prix Award. She is currently studying in Class VII.
In recognition of her outstanding and remarkable achievement in the Mitsubishi Asian Children’s Enikki Festa (2021-2022) art competition, the National Federation of UNESCO Associations in Japan (NFUAJ) has awarded Sangay with Nu.164,900 (USD 2000) as prize money along with the Grand Prix Award Plaque, a medal, 3 sets of colours, a set of colour pencils, a drawing book and a bag. NFUAJ has awarded a cash prize since she could not attend the Award Ceremony in Japan due to the pandemic situation.

The Ministry of Education and Skills Development would like to extend our gratitude to the principal and teachers of Damphu MSS for organizing the award ceremony and making the day a great opportunity for the entire school community to come together and celebrate the remarkable accomplishments of your student.
Once again, congratulations to Sangay and Damphu MSS on this remarkable achievement.
