Thailand International Postgraduate Program (TIPP) 2023 Master’s Courses under TICA & Thai University/Academic Institutions
The Department of Workforce Planning and Skills Development (DWPSD) under the Ministry of Education and Skills Development (MoESD) is pleased to announce the availability of Master’s degree scholarship for 2023 funded by TICA & Thai University/Academic Institutions under TIPP Scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria:
Non-Civil Servant candidates must fulfil all the scholarship criteria prescribed in the Scholarship Guidelines in addition to the following as per the HRD Rules and Regulation for non-civil Service Sector:
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience with the nominating agency at the time of application;
- Relevant qualification requirements; and
- Relevant current work profile to the applied studies
The applications must be submitted to Skills Development and Liaison Division (SPLD), under DWPSD through the respective parent agencies to ensure relevancy and eligibility along with duly filled Application Form and In-service HRD Form (attach documents mentioned in the In-service HRD Form) which shall then be forwarded to HRDD, RCSC.
Kindly note that TIPP scholarship is provided by TICA & Thai Universities/Academic Institutions and all scholarship entitlements are confined to those offered by them. Therefore, no additional financial benefits from the MoESD/RCSC/RGoB shall be admissible to candidates under these scholarships.
