Shortlisted Candidates for Asian Nursing Scholarship Singapore (ANS) 2024 Intake

The Skills Promotion and Liaison Division (SPLD), Department of Workforce Planning and Skills Development (DWPSD), Ministry of Education and Skills Development (MoESD) would like to announce the shortlisted eligible candidates for the Asian Nursing Scholarship Singapore 2024 Intake as follows:

The shortlisting of the candidates is done as per the requirements of the Scholarship and also as per the HRD Rules and Regulation for Non-Civil Service Sector. While shortlisting, the average of class X Math’s Mark + Class XII English Mark + Mark of 1 Science Subject of Class XII (1st Highest Mark) + Marks of other 2 subjects of Class XII (2nd and 3rd Highest Marks) are taken into account.
A. The shortlisted candidates will have to fill up the following Scholarship Forms and submit along with other required documents.
- ANS Application Form
- Medical Authorization & Indemnity Form
- ANS Self Evaluation Form
- ANS Sureties Form 1
- ANS Sureties Form 2
- Surety 1
- Surety 2
- Appointment of Local Representative /Guardian (“LR”)
- Class X and XII Pass Certificate and Marksheet
- CID Copy
- CID copies of 2 sureties
B. The filled-up application forms along with required documents (CLEAR SCANNED COPY IN ONE PDF FILE) will have to be submitted via email to the Program Officer rattu@moesd.gov.bt latest by 20th April 2023, before 5:00 PM.
C. The candidates will have to attend the online orientation/briefing program on 13th April 2023 (10:00 AM to 11:30 AM Bhutan Time) which will be hosted by the ANS Counterpart, Singapore. The online orientation link will be sent via mail or through WhatsApp to those shortlisted candidates.
D. The shortlisted candidates will have to further sit for the written test and interview tentatively from 16thMay 2023 to 18th May 2023, which will be conducted by the Ministry of Health Holdings (MOHH), Singapore.
E. The venue for the written exam and the interview will be intimated later via mail.
Note: As per the Scholarship offer and the announcement, the Department has to shortlist top eligible 75 candidates. However, since there are 7 candidates in the 75th Rank, the Department has shortlisted all the 7 candidates making the shortlisted candidates to 81.
